How Courtennis handles your information.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide to customize and place an order: contact information, delivery and billing details, designs, uploaded artwork and order information. Payment providers return payment status and transaction references. If you join our updates list, we store your email and approximate region. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and request logs.
How we use it
We use this information to save designs, maintain your cart, process payments, produce and deliver orders, provide support and protect the service. We use updates-list details to send the updates you requested. Your artwork is used to handle your order, not for unrelated advertising.
Who receives it
We share the information needed with payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, our Sites/Cloudflare hosting and storage services, and production and delivery partners. Shipping services may include Shippo for eligible historical orders. These providers also process information under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information where legally required or to protect against fraud.
Payment information
Card and bank-account details are collected by the payment provider. Courtennis does not receive or store your complete card number or online banking login credentials. ACH verification and authorization are handled by Stripe.
Cookies and saved designs
We use a necessary cart cookie to recognize your cart; it can remain for up to one year. The design studio may save drafts in your browser storage. Security and payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Blocking them may prevent the cart, design saving or payment from working. You can clear cookies and saved drafts through your browser settings.
Retention and choices
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, keep required records and resolve disputes. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of or request deletion of your information. Contact info@courtennis.com; we may need to verify your request and retain records required by law. You can ask to stop optional updates at any time.
