Online checkout currently serves the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Contact info@courtennis.com before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or other countries.
All-inclusive pricing
Listed USD prices include applicable tax and bulk delivery within the supported area. Shipping is not added at checkout. Each artwork combination has its own quantity and price tier. For 10,000 cans or more per design, contact us for a quote.
Production and timing
Orders normally ship approximately 45 calendar days after payment is confirmed and the artwork is finalized. This is the production-to-dispatch estimate; freight transit time is additional. Contact info@courtennis.com before ordering if you have an event date or delivery deadline. We will confirm the production and shipment schedule for your order; delivery is not guaranteed for a specific event unless expressly agreed.
Freight arrangements
We arrange bulk freight manually after production. Provide an accurate delivery address and a contact who can receive the shipment. If your site has access restrictions or special unloading requirements, tell us before ordering so delivery can be arranged. We will share the available dispatch and tracking details.
Changes or delays
Email us promptly if your address changes. If we cannot meet the promised shipment time or an applicable legal deadline, we will explain the delay and provide cancellation and refund options as required.
On arrival
Check the shipment and packaging when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, take photographs and email info@courtennis.com with your order number. See our returns policy for the next steps.
